This has helped him build his network, knowledge, and skills over the years. After high school, he went to Algonquin College and took a program called "Construction Engineering Technician." There, he learned a lot about building construction and design, from the foundation to the finish. In 2012, Charles started working for his family's business, which specialized in both commercial and residential real estate development and property management. There, he worked with contractors, financial experts, engineers, and other professionals in the field and made a lot of great connections with them.
